This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager and take on a leadership role in managing cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completionOwn project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments using tools like Asana or TrelloLead weekly check-ins and ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities and blockersTrack progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalateWork closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce, operations, creative, and CXManage launch calendars and product release schedulesHelp streamline internal processes and documentation to improve efficiencyCommunicate clearly and consistently with team members and external vendorsKeep leadership informed with clear reporting and status updatesWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketingProven track record of managing multiple projects across departmentsHighly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent communication skills—clear, concise, and proactiveFamiliar with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar)Experience working with remote or distributed teamsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesComfort in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environmentsNice to Have:Experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platformsBackground in digital marketing, product, or creative productionFamiliarity with tools like Slack, Figma, Airtable, and Google WorkspacePMP or other project management certification (optional)What We Offer:Flexible work environmentCompetitive salaryFlexible PTO policyOpportunity to grow with a scaling e-commerce brandA supportive, collaborative, and agile team culture
