It Business Analyst

ResponsibilitiesQuickly assimilate business area processes and workflows.Gather requirements, design functional solutions, conduct testing, and support business process improvements.Provide technical support for minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports and data extraction.Understand how IT impacts an organization and connect it to redesigned business processes.Independently support user requests using standard tools.Understand how IT solutions are deployed across different areas to solve business challenges.Demonstrate flexibility, quick learning ability, and build effective working relationships with a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partners.Support software delivery through interactions with product managers, development of technical specifications, and business case preparation.Assist in test plan development and change management activities as needed.Lead and deliver small-scale projects independently using project management skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.Strong systems and process orientation.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies.Experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Agile), with a track record of participation in IT project teams.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
