What you'll do : Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Product Support BTP ABAP Platform Location: São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid) Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following: • You will help ensuring SAP customers' systems and environments remain operational, accessible, secure and adequately integrated in their landscapes, as well as assist them in solving associated issues.• You will help delighting SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors, by referring to SAP's collective knowledge repositories, solved customer incidents, official documentation and checking the configuration.• You will share knowledge by creating Knowledge Base Articles, exchanging experiences, and discussing solutions with colleagues and collaborating in forums.• You will learn many technical and business-related topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-learning offerings.• You will monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.• When needed, you will report errors to development teams.• Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.• Close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support.What you bring: We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.• Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented University Students currently enrolled to an IT related course with at least 2 years until graduation.• Fluent English is required (oral/written), as you will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, internal systems, and phone on a daily basis.• Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and work in business-critical issues while managing own time effectively is key.• Can-Do attitude, Customer focus, strong communication skills (oral/written) and flexible approach to working in global teams.• Basic knowledge in SQL/database architecture, network protocols, operating systems (Unix/Windows) and SAP products would be beneficial.• Desirable knowledge in Information Security, cryptography, performance tuning at OS level, computer programming and debugging.Meet your team: Our BTP ABAP Platform team support some technologic topics that are the foundation for any SAP product to work, like memory management, user management, security and application consumption.The main characteristic of our team is collaboration.We are proud for having a environment where people can be themselves and have all support to learn the technical aspects needed to contribute with the team and de Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.Originally known for leadership in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SAP has evolved to become a market leader in end-to-end business application software and related services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management.As a cloud company with two hundred million users and more than one hundred thousand employees worldwide, we are purpose-driven and future-focused, with a highly collaborative team ethic and commitment to personal development.Whether connecting global industries, people, or platforms, we help ensure every challenge gets the solution it deserves.At SAP, you can bring out your best.
