Client Service Billing CoordinatorOur organization seeks a diligent Client Service Billing Coordinator to manage and follow up on pending invoices, outstanding balances, and payment reminders for clients.This role is perfect for someone with experience in accounting and customer support.This position entails:Managing billing transactions and client communicationsProviding continuous support and assistance to clients with billing inquiries and financial obligationsCollaborating with organizations to assist clients in financial planningImproving the billing process using case management softwareApplicants should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.Required qualifications include 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and previous experience in a professional office environment, ideally in customer support roles.Additionally, our ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, familiar with Microsoft Excel or similar tools, and have a positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment.Nice to have: Experience in the legal or immigration sector, familiarity with MyCase or similar case management software, and a desire to grow within the organization.
