**Company Description** Welcome to the good side of tech**You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia.It all started 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients?We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit.We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients.And today is the day in which we ask you: will you join us in the next step of _making the healthcare experience more human?_**Docplanner at scale**We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month.Almost ******* specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners.And yet, employing over ***** people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects aimed at improving patients support and satisfaction.Your role involves bringing new ideas and solutions to our developing areas, with a strong focus on understanding user feedback and implementing policies, guidelines, and content that resonate with our target audience.**Project Leadership**:Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.**Data-Driven Decision Making**:Utilize SQL and project management tools to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.**Content and Policy Management**:Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and content that enhance the customer experience and reflect user feedback.**Innovation and Problem Solving**:Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, addressing challenges proactively and strategically.**Automation and Machine Learning**:Leverage automation and machine learning technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.**User Feedback Loop**:Propose user feedback loop to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.**Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to share insights and drive initiatives.**Operational Excellence**:Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.**Project Planning and Execution**:Develop comprehensive project plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.**Qualifications**Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in tech companies.Strong analytical skills with SQL knowledge.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).Knowledge of programming logic and ability to perform basic coding tasks.Understanding of AI basics and experience with automation and machine learning.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience with user feedback analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.Being flexibleProblem solving skillsFluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.**Additional Information** What will you get in return?****Let's talk money**- Flexible remuneration and benefits system via Flexoh, which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings;- Share options plan after 6 months of working with us**True flexibility and work-life balance**- Remote first in one of our legal entities or hybrid work model in one of our office locations;- Flexible working hours;- Paid time off according to your location of work;- Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate).**Health comes first**- Health insurance according to your location of work:- Access to iFeel, a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling.
