Job Opportunity: Customer Experience ManagerThe ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to deliver top-notch customer experiences.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to clients through various channels.Main Responsibilities:Managing client interactions with professionalism and poiseScheduling and coordinating installations with precision and efficiencyProviding clear and concise updates to clients throughout the processHandling escalated situations with empathy and confidenceRequirements:At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing rolesAdvanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level)Able to multitask and stay focused under pressureIndependent and highly responsible, with a strong sense of initiativeNice to Have:Previous experience working with American clients or companiesLeadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to successTech Requirements:A reliable computer with fast internet accessA high-quality headset with clear audio and minimal background noiseA quiet workspace with minimal distractions
