**Main responsibilities**:
- As a Technical Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide detailed training to customers: Apart from answering frequently asked questions, it is important to provide comprehensive training to customers on how to operate the instruments.
This can be done through on-site training or online webinars.
- Offer ongoing support: After the installation and training, offer ongoing support to customers.
This can include technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services support.
- Customize equipment configuration: Instead of providing a standard equipment configuration, work with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide a customized solution that meets their needs.
- Provide detailed test reports: In addition to presenting test reports on customer samples, provide detailed information on the methodology used, the results obtained, and the interpretation of the data.
This can help customers better understand the capabilities of the instruments.
- Engage in continuous improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the installation and training process, and look for ways to improve it.
This can include gathering feedback from customers and implementing changes based on their suggestions
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate direct communication with the headquarters.
- Background in chemistry, engineering or related areas, with relevant educational qualifications.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, office software packages, lab instrumentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
