Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Brazil (Portuguese Speaking Market) Location: Brazil (based in São Paulo or other major cities, with frequent travel across Brazil and South America)Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Brazil and surrounding South American markets , with a primary focus on solar PV and energy storage systems .This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical or product management background , capable of bridging commercial and technical discussions with clients.The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence and driving sustainable growth in the regional renewable energy market.Key Responsibilities Drive business growth for solar PV and energy storage solutions across Brazil, focusing on the commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, developers, distributors, and local partners .Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the Brazilian renewable energy sector.Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are understood, technically feasible, and properly executed.Provide product and technical presentations to support partners and clients.Travel frequently within Brazil and occasionally across South America for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events .Requirements 1. Experience Required: 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in solar PV, battery storage, or renewable energy industries.Preferred: Previous experience as a Product Manager, Application Engineer, or Technical Sales in energy-related sectors.Preferred: Existing network of clients or partners in Brazil's C&I energy or solar market .2. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and energy storage technologies (e.g., lithium-ion, LFP).Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of energy solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Capable of evaluating project feasibility and proposing the right technical and commercial solutions.Experience with product positioning, competitive analysis, and technical documentation is a plus.3. Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field .Certifications in solar energy systems, battery storage, or electrical systems are a plus.4. Soft Skills Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective, value-driven solutions.Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.Customer Focus: Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer and channel relationships .5. Other Requirements Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Brazil and South America.Valid driver's license.
