Regional Sales Director Job Description This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and oversight to achieve assigned targets. We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can develop and execute plans to acquire new business and expand existing accounts. To succeed in this role, you must be able to recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent to drive growth and expansion. About This Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing teams. We are looking for someone who can define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success. This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze buyer motivations, competitive dynamics, and the sales cycle. Responsibilities The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for: Leading the regional sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets; Providing strategic leadership and oversight of the sales team's activities; Recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales talent; Defining, implementing, and monitoring KPIs to measure team success; Analyzing buyer and influencer motivations, competitive dynamics, and the sales cycle to prioritize and refine sales strategies; Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and goals; Successfully planning and managing renewal projects with existing clients. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions; Strong organizational and time management skills.
