Job OpportunityThis is a high-volume recruitment role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone screenings of healthcare professionals, selling job opportunities, retrieving compliance documentation, and updating the applicant tracking system.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective healthcare candidates.Screen and qualify candidates effectively, matching their skills and interests to available job opportunities.Communicate job descriptions, assignment details, and benefits to candidates to generate interest.Relationship Building & Candidate Management:Establish strong relationships with candidates through consistent and professional communication.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement and commitment.Nurture candidate pipelines for future opportunities.Compliance & Documentation:Obtain and verify job-specific compliance documents, including licenses, credentials, and background check information.Ensure candidates meet all compliance requirements prior to placement.Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance documentation within the applicant tracking system.Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:Enter and update candidate details, communications, and compliance information within the ATS.Audit ATS records to ensure completeness and accuracy.Performance & Target Achievement:Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets for calls, screenings, candidate submissions, and compliance completion.Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Qualifications:Proven experience in recruitment, high-volume candidate sourcing, telemarketing, or related roles.Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence handling high call volumes daily.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with ATS platforms and compliance processes in healthcare recruitment.Skills & Attributes:Results-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and colleagues.Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing a fast-paced recruitment pipeline.We Offer:Competitive base salary and attractive commission scheme.Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.Energetic, supportive team environment.Career growth opportunities within our organization.Paid trips abroad for top performers.
