Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Brazil is recruiting for Business Technology Leader (BTL) - IT Director position, to be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Capabilities will include CRM solutions, Digital engagement platforms, Automation, Healthcare Technology Innovation, Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate achievement of Consumer Health business objectives in the cluster.
The BTL will work with the regional Consumer Health Business Technology Leaders (BTL)/Product Line Owners (PLO) groups and the Brazil Cluster business partners to define the strategic investment portfolio and set up agile governing mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.
Actively participate in steering major strategic IT programs to drive successful implementation and business value realization.
Accountable for all aspects of delivery.
Accountable for IT budget management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategically Define, Shape and Deliver the portfolio of technology solutions for Consumer Health Brazil Cluster.
- Build a high-performing team that is up to date on the latest digital technologies
- Create a culture of continuous learning & growth mindset
- Improve a culture of accountability, with end-to-end ownership
- Foster culture of agility, collaboration and relentless improvement
- Single Point of Contact for all JJT services to Consumer Health in the Brazil Cluster.
- Manages budget and investment decisions on technical solutions in support of established products/projects.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, business administration, engineering or related field required
- Master's Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or related field preferred.
- Required relevant experience, preferred in the Consumer Healthcare industry.
- Strong People Management experience.
- Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively.
- Must have good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to manage portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines; all including associated monitoring and controlling.
- Superior facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes.
- Strong influencer with the ability to successfully navigate change and drive success across both direct and matrixed situations.
- Experience in leading regional projects.
Travel requirements: 10% International and Domestic Travel is required.
