REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE:Effective communication: Ability to articulate ideas and provide clear instructions to teams and stakeholders.Organization and attention to detail: Critical for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Negotiation skills: Essential for dealing with suppliers and strategic partners.Extensive experience: At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing medium/large-scale events.Advanced or fluent English: as reports may involve communication with external parties (auditors, investors, tax authorities).
NICE TO HAVE:Advanced soft skills: Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and handle last-minute demands.Market trend awareness: Experience with hybrid events (in-person and virtual).
