This position is responsible to support Corteva's Crop Protection Supply Chain Project team in the following areas:Maps, designs, and implements initiatives to enhance our Logistics capabilities promoting project management tools and skills with the team.The purpose of this job is to lead the identification, evaluation/design, and implementation, of and supply chain improvements through cross functional collaboration and project management.Systems SME support for all logistics mode, including Import-Export Ocean and Air, packaged trucking and warehousing, bulk trucking and rail movesSystems support for SAP ERP, TMS and 3PL logistics management processesFocal point for IT/application strategy, interfacing between global and NA regional teamsAnalysis and continuous improvement of logistics workflows across functionsSystems usage and best practice training and developmentThe role is designed to support the various run the business teams by leveraging expertise across the systems and work processes for executing logistics operationsIn addition, this role is an exciting opportunity to challenge our logistics organization to do better, by gaining the full value out of the tools and streamlining work processes.The scope of project activities is regionalRequisitos:Required bachelor's in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or technical fieldRequired 5 years experience in Supply Chain Areas, mainly Logistics, and/or 2 years experience in Project ManagementRequired English proficiency – AdvancedERP/ SAP/ S4 HANA / APO / BW (or equivalent) experience preferredExperience with TMS and 3PL work processes preferred.Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner preferredAPICS CPIM Certification preferredHabilidades:Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing tools and processes for data analysis.Strong communication skills & teamwork.Ability to establish strong networks, relationships, and disciplined communication with key stakeholdersAbility to effectively teach and coachStrong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work and escalate when help is neededInnovation mindset: there is a lot of room for innovative thinking to challenge existing work processes and paradigms to improve Corteva's competitiveness in logistics.
