Job DescriptionThe Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online marketplace operations.This role requires a proactive, energetic, and motivated individual who can manage daily tasks, track sales, returns, and profitability, and collaborate with the local team via video presence.Main Responsibilities:Manage Daily Operations: Manage daily ecommerce platform tasks, including account emails, buyer messages, suppressed listings, tickets, and account health.Sales and Performance Tracking: Track sales, returns, and profitability; prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas.Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, Buy Box performance, PPC spend, and customer feedback.Issue Resolution: Investigate issues independently, provide solutions, and take ownership until resolved.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with local team members via full-time video presence during work hours.Requirements:Fluent in written and spoken English.Proven experience managing online marketplace accounts.Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities; willing to go the extra mile.Highly responsible, able to take initiative and ownership.Reliable high-speed internet connection and capable PC.Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
