JoomPro is an international B2B platform and part of the Joom ecosystem.
We are building a new standard in wholesale purchasing: a reliable, transparent, and convenient channel for ordering directly from manufacturers in Asia.
We are now looking for a SMB Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and significantly expanding our customer base in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging phone and video call negotiations with business owners and decision-makersGuide clients through the process of creating import orders, ensuring a smooth experienceProvide clear and timely answers to documentation and logistics questionsAccurately calculate service costs for each order to support informed decisionsPrepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals with detailed cost breakdownsOversee and maintain client contracts, ensuring compliance and satisfactionAct as the key communication bridge between clients and the company's internal teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B salesOwn a laptop, headset, and have access to high-speed internetStrong self-discipline and sense of responsibilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to negotiate effectivelyStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetProficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM systemsAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
