Pay: From R$2,656.00 per monthJob description:We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Brazil)Location: Remote (Brazil)Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brazil Time)Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and have a technical background?
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our Portuguese & Spanish-speaking clients.What You'll DoOnboard new customers and ensure a smooth startProvide top-notch customer supportCross-sell & up-sell to drive growthTroubleshoot technical issues and train clientsDocument processes & share insights with our teamWhat We're Looking ForTechnical degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar)Strong technical & problem-solving skillsExcellent communication in Portuguese & Spanish (English is a plus)Passion for customer success and growthIf you're customer-obsessed, tech-savvy, and eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you
