LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.Powered by nearly 90,000 talented and entrepreneurial professionals across more than 30 countries, LTIMindtree — a Larsen & Toubro Group company — combines the industry-acclaimed strengths of erstwhile Larsen and Toubro Infotech and Mindtree in solving the most complex business challenges and delivering transformation at scale.LTIMindtree is looking for: IT Service Desk Analyst (Brazil-Based)Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hibrid)ResponsibilitiesProvide firstlevel technical support to endusers via phone email and chatTroubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networkrelated issuesLog and manage service requests and incidents in the IT service management systemEscalate complex issues to higherlevel support teams as necessaryMonitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolutionAssist with the setup and configuration of desktops laptops and mobile devicesProvide support for software applications including installation and updatesMaintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutionsEnsure compliance with IT policies and proceduresDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfactionRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support roleStrong knowledge of Windows and mac OS operating systemsProficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issuesExperience with IT service management tools eg Service Now BMC RemedyExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer focused with a commitment to providing high quality supportRelevant certifications Comp TIA A ITIL Foundation etcExperience with remote support tools and techniquesKnowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administrationFamiliarity with mobile device management MDM solutionsLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
