Act as an IT Director within an agency and as a liaison back to our client.
Skills required would be to have technical knowledge, but not be hands on day-to-day.
Someone who has been through the ranks, well versed on the inner workings of IT, comfortable working with senior level management on initiatives, strategy, budgeting, etc., and being the single point of contact for all things IT.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the optimal delivery of IT for agencies.
- Regular reporting on health and satisfaction of agencies via KPIs.
- Become the strategic IT voice for the company.
- Keep mission critical systems and processes for the agency secure and up to date.
- Support implementation of key initiatives for network agencies.
- Analyze business requirements for IT Support and systems needs.
- Evaluates budgets and technology trends and recommends strategies to agencies.
**Requirements**:
- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, & security.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with great attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, information systems or related field.
- Minimum eight years' experience working in IT operations.
