Somos um time responsável por realizar o gerenciamento de projetos/programas e gerenciamento de stakeholders.
**Seu Cardápio Diário**:
- Ser a cola que une as equipes para garantir que iniciativas críticas e cross do iFood sejam articuladas para atingir os objetivos;
- Ser multitarefa, ágil e conduzindo grupos multifuncionais para decisões sobre questões estrategicamente importantes;
- Ser capaz de analisar todo o cenário ao liderar vários projetos em torno de uma iniciativa comum, mantendo as equipes alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;
- Desenvolver e coordenar modelos de governança e responsabilidade para garantir que as equipes estejam no caminho certo para atingir as metas e o curso preciso, conforme necessário;
- Ajudar a conduzir a visão de como a estrutura organizacional deve ser e garantir que a organização tenha funções e responsabilidades claras por equipe;
- Estruturar, gerenciar e resolver problemas complexos, além de condução de tomadas de decisão e priorização.
**Ingredientes que buscamos**:
- Fortes habilidades quantitativas usando Excel/Planilhas Google, apresentações, JIRA, Figma e Slack;
- Experiência em funções de estratégia/PMO/ágil;
- Capacidade de planejar projetos complexos, com visão de roadmap, resultados, interdependências e priorização, e delegar tarefas e responsabilidades aos membros apropriados da equipe;
- Colaboração e interação constantes com equipes multifuncionais;
- Capacidade de lidar com eficiência e priorizar operações sofisticadas que requerem o apoio de colegas e outras equipes;
- Capacidade de equilibrar atenção aos detalhes com execução rápida;
- Excelente comunicação, demonstrando domínio em explicar o contexto geral dos projetos, dando o "porquê" por trás do trabalho.
- Diferencial: experiência com processos de Experimentação e Product Discovery.
