What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Utilize established sales processes to convert competitive accounts to the employer's technologyConduct presentations and clinical assessments as part of the sales processDrive capital product sales within the assigned territory for Capnography solutionsDevelop and maintain relationships with clinical thought leaders to promote the value of the employer's solutionsOrganize user seminars and conduct annual business reviews with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 2+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience, specifically selling innovative technology solutionsProven success in selling medical devices to multiple decision-makers within a hospital settingExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead group presentationsStrong organizational and time management skills, with a history of managing customer interactionsValid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Proven track record of selling innovative patient care solutionsExperience in building clinical champions and selling in hospital environmentsBackground knowledge in critical care or respiratory therapy credentialsFamiliarity with selling in various hospital departments, such as Cath Lab or Emergency Department
