Product Operations Manager

The goal of Product Operations is to streamline and improve the work of the product team by creating a more unified approach to managing data, tools, and processes.
To enhance collaboration, improve alignment between Product and other areas, and ultimately increase value to customers and the likelihood of achieving business goals.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Product Ops Structure**: Define, evaluate and develop the Product Ops concept and how it helps accelerate the product teams.
- **Process Optimization**: Document, manage and improve key product organization processes and best practices.
Maintain templates, guidelines, and resources to increase product team efficiency.
- **Data and Reporting**:collect and communicate both qualitative and quantitative data within and outside the product team.
Track product, engineering, infrastructure and business related metrics.
- **Alignment**: ensure clear and consistent communication between the product team and other teams, and help gather and disseminate customer and Digibees insights and areas for improvement.
Advocate for key real-world insights to influence the product roadmap.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in product ops, product management, operations or similar roles;
- Technical background and experience managing digital products preferred;
- 2+ years of experience working on digital projects or products;
- Advanced English skills (able to interview and give presentations to native US speakers);
- Ability to synthesize information and prioritize business objectives;
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including executives, internal and external business customers, and developers;
- Deep analytical skills to support critical decisions are a plus;
- Strategic focus and ability to bring together diverse stakeholders.
