The LATAM On Premise Distribution & Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the regional strategy and ensuring its execution in Latin America.
The role focuses on expanding availability, enhancing execution standards, and driving commercial success with highly strategic accounts that have a LATAM presence.
In close collaboration with local teams, distributors, and Key Accounts, this person will align commercial priorities, define clear execution frameworks, and ensure Red Bull's positioning and availability support business objectives in the region.
Frequent interaction with HQ is essential to translate global strategy into regional action, ensuring LATAM remains at the forefront of best practices, innovation, and strategic alignment.
This position requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, structured planning, and cross-market coordination, empowering local teams to execute with impact while maintaining consistency throughout the region.
**Key Account Management**
- Develop and implement the regional Key Account strategy, ensuring long-term partnerships and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and secure agreements that guarantee distribution, execution, and investment commitments with highly strategic accounts, ensuring sustainable growth for both parties.
- Drive expansion beyond traditional On Premise, with a strong focus on Catering and QSR, optimizing both reach and commercial impact.
- Structure partnerships that maximize efficiency, profitability, and long-term value, ensuring investments drive measurable returns.
- Define and track KPIs to assess performance, ensuring targets are consistently met across all markets.
- Work closely with local teams to optimize account management, ensuring best practices and strategic initiatives are effectively implemented.
**Distribution & RTM Development**
- Develop and implement the regional distribution strategy, ensuring Red Bull increases reach and availability with the right RTM model.
- Identify and develop new functional segments beyond traditional On Premise, aligning distribution strategies with emerging consumption occasions and high-potential environments.
- Strengthen partnerships with Distributors, ensuring an efficient, profitable, and scalable model that maximizes availability while maintaining execution standards.
- Optimize profitability and efficiency in distribution by balancing investment, pricing strategies, and supply chain effectiveness across markets.
- Define performance metrics to measure and continuously improve RTM effectiveness, ensuring distribution investments generate measurable returns.
**Strategy & Business Planning**
- Define and develop a long-term regional strategy for Key Accounts and Distribution, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives.
- Align with HQ and local markets to translate global priorities into regionally relevant strategies, ensuring execution consistency across Latin America.
- Establish a structured business planning approach, guiding local teams in setting clear priorities and investment decisions.
- Ensure frequent collaboration with HQ, acting as the key link between global strategy and market execution, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities from the region.
- Drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring market intelligence, performance analysis, and industry trends inform strategic choices.
**Team Development & Organizational Structure**
- Ensure that each market has a high-performing Key Account & Distribution team, with the right structure, capabilities, and mindset to execute the regional strategy effectively.
- Work closely with local leadership to assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and influence talent decisions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Align with HQ and local markets to continuously elevate the level of expertise in Key Accounts and Distribution, fostering a culture of high performance and strategic execution.
- Promote cross-market collaboration and best practice sharing, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement in execution across Latin America.
- Ensure local teams are empowered with the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategic direction to deliver strong results while maintaining consistency throughout the region.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Strong leadership experience, with a successful track record in leading, managing, and motivating teams.
- Outstanding sales experience, with a record of accomplishment in the Consumer Goods industry.
- Experience in Distribution AND Key Account Management (beverage industry preferred).
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales & customer data.
