We are seeking an experienced professional to support strategic IT integration and due diligence activities within our organization.The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments, and will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and assessing systems and data repositories of acquisition targets.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth integration, transition, and risk mitigation during M&A activities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and document new and existing systems, applications, data repositories, SaaS solutions, and digital systems targeted for integration.Conduct virtual and onsite assessments to evaluate IT environments of acquisition targets.Capture and document the IT infrastructure and networking landscape, highlighting security risks and recommending remediation actions.Analyze and report on applications, cloud services, and digital assets to support due diligence and migration planning.Collaborate with business leaders, architects, IT teams, and vendors to produce high-quality system documentation, including high/low-level designs, build documents, and DR materials.Identify required user access, dependencies, and system interconnections to support integration and disposition planning.Prepare and present assessment reports, due diligence findings, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.Support transition and migration activities post-assessment, ensuring systems are accurately documented and compliant with enterprise standards.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of IT Infrastructure, including Telephony, End-User Devices (EUD), Printing, Data, Applications, and Digital platforms.Expertise in Cloud Services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, DaaS), Microservices, and APIs.Proficiency in technologies such as Citrix, VMWare, Exchange, HP Hardware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAN Storage, SCCM, M365, and Azure.Solid knowledge of how applications interact with Windows Operating Systems.Experience in IT integration processes, including infrastructure due diligence, transition, and digital/application migration.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.Professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.Other OpportunitiesChance to work on diverse projects and gain experience in various areas of IT integration.Opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
