Why AnsellAnsell is a leading global provider of protection solutions.Our company designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of protection solutions that meet the ever-changing needs and demands of our markets and industries.Protection is our primary concern as millions of people around the world depend on Ansell in their professional and personal lives.Why we do itSafety culture is what we believe in Protecting people and Protecting the planet through innovation and sustainability is what we are passionate about.Ansell's purpose is protection Come join a trusted market leaderAnsell is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team in BrazilAbout this opportunityRole ProfilePosition Title: Manufacturing ManagerJob Location: São Bernardo do Campo - BrazilJob Type: Full-TimeReports to: Assoc Director, Manufacturing OpsSpecific responsibilities include:Manage the operation related to the production of the company ensuring compliance with the deadlines, quantity and quality agreed with customers, through the effective use of equipment, materials and personnel, planning, organization and control of programs and their execution in accordance with the established policy, within the standards of safety, health and environment in order to ensure the service of the market, the improvement of products, cost reduction and greater profitability to the company.What would this role look like in detail?· Define the work priorities of the area and support the entire team in order to achieve the objectives and goals set by the Company's Management.Coordinate activities related to the inventory schedule of products.Monitor external audit and comply with accounting requirements regarding the organization of inventories.Coordination of interdepartmental and interdisciplinary workshops aimed at continuous improvement in processes, reduction and elimination of waste.receive the production targets, analyze the demand for products, and prepare the Production Program with the help of its subordinates, calculating the time and quantities required of material and labor for its execution.· Ensure compliance with the company's production programs by receiving Production Orders (POs), defining priorities and distributing tasks with their direct reports and monitoring production.· Implementation of continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office).Preparation of operational and managerial KPIs.What will you bring to Ansell?· People management· Analytical profile and project management.· Qualifications: degree in Business administration and engineering, Differential has a master's degree in production engineering.· English for verbal and written communication.What will you get from Ansell?· Competitive compensation plan, base salary and annual incentive· Health Benefits: medical, dental, short term and long- term disability and wellness programs· Paid time off (vacation, sick and personal days) 12 paid holidayCollaborative and Innovative work environment
