At the core of business success lies the ability to transform data into actionable insights.We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Business Intelligence endeavors.As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in BI analytics to help us navigate complex decision-making processes.This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and query relevant data sources.Your attention to detail and analytical prowess will be instrumental in ensuring that data is cleansed, massaged, and presented in a clear and concise manner.Key responsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand their reporting requirementsDeveloping and deploying comprehensive BI dashboards and reports using ETL technologiesPresenting findings and gathering feedback from stakeholders on finished productsDeploying data and reports to visualization tools such as TableauMaintaining and documenting the operational environment for optimal performanceRequirements include at least 3 years of experience in developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data, and a solid understanding of relational data modeling.A strong analytical approach, hands-on ability to deliver commitments, superior organizational skills, and experience with ETL technologies are also desired.The ideal candidate will possess advanced English language skills and experience working in a similar role.Benefits include flexibility, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, autonomous workflow, well-being, diversity and inclusion, collaboration, and development opportunities.By joining our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to our organization's continued success.
