**Perfil da Vaga**
Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha paixão por entender a necessidade do cliente, seu negócio e estabelecer as pontes técnicas para viabilizar os entregáveis do projeto.
Tudo isso, dentro de um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico, sem uma rotina fixa e com foco na construção de confiança entre todas as partes envolvidas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Suportar a tomada de decisão do cliente em migrar para OCI;
- Gerenciar projetos e programas, incluindo a definição de prioridades e entregas, critérios de sucesso e cronogramas;
- Definir e gerenciar escopo, recursos, problemas/riscos e status;
- Gerenciar as expectativas das partes interessadas da Oracle e do cliente;
- Facilitar a comunicação e reuniões entre a equipe técnica e o cliente;
- Produzir relatórios de status semanais e liderar reuniões de status semanais/diárias.
**Requisitos e habilidades necessárias**:
- Fluente em inglês e intermediário (ou maior) em espanhol;
- Experiência com gerenciamento de projetos ou experiência técnica relevante em gerenciamento de projetos/programas;
- Habilidades em liderança, negociação, influência e analíticas;
- Habilidades em apresentações, comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Experiência em relacionamento com o cliente.
**Requisitos e habilidades desejáveis**:
- Experiência em cargos de gestão (como diretores, gerentes ou coordenadores);
- Certificação Project Management Professional
- Certificação em Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Familiaridade com conceitos de nuvem (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure e outros provedores);
- Familiaridade com arquiteturas técnicas.
**Diferenciais**:
- Trabalho majoritariamente remoto;
- Flexibilidade de horário.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems.
Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
