As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.Fornecer suporte técnico interno e externo no desenvolvimento e na aplicação de produtos, técnicas de processamento, operação de equipamentos e solução de problemas de campo; Proporcionar orientação geral ao cliente e solucionar uma variedade de problemas moderadamente complexos; Dar apoio ao time de vendas demonstrando conhecimento de aplicações técnicas do produto e/ou soluções técnicas nas instalações em clientes; Solucionar problemas de serviço, entrega e aplicação do cliente;Treinar e instruir o cliente em relação a aplicações de uso final do produto.Pode auxiliar no treinamento da equipe de vendas, distribuidores, clientes externos e internos; Avaliar e desenvolver dados para novos produtos e auxiliar na introdução deles; Realizar análise de falhas e determinar a causa raíz e ação corretiva;Desenvolver projetos para novas instalações em clientes; Desenvolver e qualificar fornecedores de equipamentos e serviços para suportar as operações em clientes; Gerenciar a manutenção de equipamentos do Site Chemours e estruturas Chemours instaladas em clientes; Realizar visitas periódicas nas instalações de clientes para acompanhar as equipes de manutenção e dar suporte técnico ao cliente; Revisar e aprovar relatórios técnicos emitidos pelos prestadores de serviços de manutenção;Fornecer todo suporte técnico relacionado às atividades das instalações em clientes; Preparar relatórios informativos das instalações; Desenvolver plano de manutenção das instalações em clientes; Gerenciar e controlar os custos de manutenção das instalações em clientes;At Chemours, you will find sustainability in our vision, our business and your future.If you want to work on the leading edge of your field and have a desire to make a difference, join Chemours and discover what it means when we say "We Are Living Chemistry".
