Strategic Talent Engagement LeadThe primary focus of this role will be on overseeing the end-to-end talent engagement process.This encompasses executing operational steps, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, reporting collected information, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.While executing these tasks, the individual in this position is expected to also think critically and operate under a scalability mindset, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, automate repeatable processes, streamline workflows, optimize cross-functional handoffs, reduce service level agreements (SLAs), and ultimately improve the candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans for talent engagementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and information exchangeManage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvementContinuously evaluate and optimize talent engagement processes to achieve best-in-class resultsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with process optimization and automationBenefits:This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
