Job Opportunity:We are seeking a strategic growth leader to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive mergers and acquisitions.The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in business development or a client-facing M&A/finance role.They should be able to develop and manage an M&A pipeline, meet monthly targets, and work autonomously with leadership.Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to engage with CEOs and other professionals are essential.The role requires occasional travel to Latin America and can be performed remotely.Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM and create market mapsMeet and exceed monthly M&A targetsCollaborate with leadership to qualify M&A opportunitiesEvaluate leads and prioritize opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:Mergers and Acquisitions:Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.Pipeline Management:Manage the M&A pipeline using Salesforce CRM, creating market maps and tracking key performance indicators.Business Development:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including software company decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals.Leadership Collaboration:Work collaboratively with leadership to qualify M&A opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
