Join or sign in to find your next jobJoin to apply for the Technical Account Manager role at Veryfi1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Technical Account Manager role at VeryfiThis range is provided by Veryfi.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$30,******/yr - $60,******/yrCompany OverviewAt Veryfi, we specialize in providing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for expense and document management.Our technology empowers businesses across various industries to streamline their processes, achieve greater efficiency, and gain valuable insights from their data.Role OverviewAs a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Veryfi, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our key clients.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring successful onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise and support.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their document processing automation needs and ensuring successful implementation of Veryfi's data extraction solutionsGuide clients through API implementation, providing code samples, documentation, and best practices to ensure successful integration with their systemsConduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs, address technical challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded use of Veryfi's platformCollaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot client issues, prioritize bug fixes, and communicate timelines for resolutionGather client feedback on product features and communicate requirements to the Product teamDevelop deep expertise in document processing workflows and Veryfi's AI/ML capabilities to advise clients on optimizationMonitor client API usage patterns to identify potential performance issues or opportunities for improvementBe the Industry Expert for our clients educating them on new releases and how they apply to them and new services & features that they can use.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3-5 years experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management)Technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving client needs.Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to read and understand client code to diagnose integration issues.Experience & programming skills in Python is a strong plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsGood understanding AI/ML technologies and their application in business solutions.Strong Experience working with APIsSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Veryfi by 2xSign in to set job alerts for "Technical Account Manager" roles.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
