Job Description Manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs Mentor, train, and document performance with personnel Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment, Flow Testing principles and processes Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance Proper completion of safety paperwork and incident management Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager Responsible for the daily reporting of costs, inventories and reporting You are meant for this job if: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education, if candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations Ability to work unsupervised At least 3 years Flow Testing experience At least 2 year in a supervisory role preferred Excellent leadership ability Excellent time management skills Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
