You will also conduct capacity planning and growth projections based on usage, ensuring that our system is always scalable to meet our business needs.You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with various teams to coordinate systematic database project plans that align with our organizational goals.

And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and ExperienceProvide support for Db2 on z/OS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.Perform Db2 system maintenance, including RSU refreshes, APAR application, and function level activations.Lead and execute Db2 version upgrades (V12 to V13), ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with enterprise standards.Manage and optimize Db2 utilities such as REORG, COPY, RUNSTATS, LOAD, UNLOAD, RECOVER, and REBUILD.Monitor and tune Db2 subsystem performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.Support and maintain Db2 backup and recovery strategies in both single and data sharing environments.Utilize and administer tools such as IBM, CA, Compuware, Informatica and other ISV tools and utilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to lead Db2-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced level) – both written and verbal.Bachelor's degreeBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
