**Responsabilidades da vaga**:
- Responsável pela gestão da equipe de serviço: admissões, treinamentos, demissões, promoções e escalas de trabalho;- Garantir que os padrões e procedimentos de atendimento do Hard Rock, sejam respeitados;- Agir de forma rápida e eficaz na solução de problemas com os clientes;- Coordenar as atividades de todos os setores do salão: recepção, atendimento, bar e limpeza;- Administrar o estoque de bebidas e de outros produtos utilizados no bar e no atendimento ao cliente;- Gerenciar as vendas e o controle financeiro;
- Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação em conjunto com a equipe de apoio, superiores e líderes de unidade a fim de atingir as metas;
**Perfil**:
- Ensino superior completo;- Disponibilidade de horário, inclusive aos finais de semana e feriados;- Morar em Porto Alegre e ter fácil acesso á zona sul;
- Experiência de no mínimo 2 anos na função em restaurante de grande porte.
**Habilidades e Conhecimentos**:
- Conhecimento teórico e prático em gestão de pessoas e de processos;- Habilidades de comunicação e escrita excelentes;- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas através da capacidade de diagnosticar e implementar soluções;- Habilidade com gestão de pessoas e resolução de conflitos;
- Ser apaixonado pela gastronomia e pelo servir bem.
**Carga horária**:
- 220h, horário a combinar.
**Salário**:
- Aproximadamente R$ 4.500,00 (base R$ 2.200,00+ gorjeta variável)
