- Manage a smooth-running operation as a Community Manager
- Motivate your team to create a great working environment and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Reviewing daily reports to plan the day and ensure everyone's prepared
- Welcoming members and guests, showing them facilities and helping with Wi-Fi connections and screen sharing apps
- Meeting with new members to understand their business needs and introducing them to other businesses
- Managing move-ins and ensuring welcome kits are prepared
- Reviewing billing and ensuring customers are current
- Walking the space to ensure everything is show-ready
- Taking pictures of show offices and posting sales ads for vacant offices
We're looking for someone with experience and aptitude to manage a smooth-running operation. You'll need to be an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep a team motivated and focused on service excellence. You also need to be:
- A good communicator, used to dealing with customers
- Experienced with leading others
- Comfortable with providing sales support
- Happily taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- B1 or higher level of English communication skills
