Your role will be critical in aligning operations with long-term goals, enhancing efficiency, and promoting a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.Main Responsibilities:Lead the strategic execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities;Guarantee operational excellence through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices;Foster customer satisfaction by strengthening relationships and ensuring quality, reliability, and responsiveness in operations;Drive talent development by building, mentoring, and retaining high-performance teams;Oversee the achievement of financial and operational targets (OKRs, SQDCEP), ensuring accountability and predictability across processes;Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to secure sustainable performance;Champion CRM adoption and local commercial processes to enhance customer engagement and market competitiveness.Requirements:Proven experience in executive leadership within the capital goods, machinery, or industrial manufacturing sector;Strong track record in delivering operational excellence, leading transformation projects, and ensuring strategic execution;Ability to drive financial and operational targets, maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, and ensure corrective actions through KPI monitoring;Solid expertise in promoting CRM adoption and commercial processes, with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and business growthMobility to reside in Rio Grande do Sul.
