Drive Sales Growth in Emerging MarketsThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a country-level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals.Key areas of focus include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy that aligns with regional growth goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in power generation and industrial sectors.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments.Experience working with Power Plants is preferred.Ability to travel frequently.
