Financial Crime Operations Analyst (LATAM Focus) – LEVEL 1Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong that empowers businesses worldwide to connect and access finance by combining traditional finance with stablecoins.Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help companies scale.Reap's APIs enable institutions to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products, from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.Backed by leading investors such as Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.About the TeamWe are building a LATAM operations team focused on financial crime prevention, including client onboarding, KYB screening, AML compliance, and broader risk management.The role is a critical link between Reap's LATAM expansion, our headquarters in Hong Kong, and the global compliance framework.The position is remote with team members working from LATAM.What You'll DoOwn and drive end-to-end onboarding and AML operations across the client lifecycle.Conduct KYC/KYB due diligence for new and existing clients, assessing complex corporate structures, international UBOs, and high-risk business models.Lead periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring, re-rating risk exposure to align with internal AML policies and evolving risk appetite.Interpret data trends to identify policy gaps, process inefficiencies, or client behavioral red flags; collaborate with analytics or product teams to refine rules and controls.Draft and enhance SOPs, control checklists, and workflows in alignment with global AML/CTF policies; partner with QA to ensure consistency and execution quality.Design and implement the maker-checker (2-eye/4-eye) process; serve as checker for escalated or sensitive cases.Minimum Experience3+ years of experience in onboarding operations, due diligence, or transaction monitoring; ideally with fintech, payments, EMIs/MSBs, cards, or regulated financial institutions.Proven end-to-end KYC/KYB and onboarding operations with a track record of delivering high-quality service under strict SLA standards.AML KnowledgeFamiliarity with global AML/CTF standards (FATF, CNBV, UIF, BCB, and relevant regulations in Mexico and Brazil).Experience implementing or managing 2-eye/4-eye review frameworks and performing the checker role on risk-sensitive cases.Ability to detect and identify unusual activity patterns that lead to new types of unusual behavior.Project OwnershipStrong ownership mindset; able to lead and deliver small-to-medium AML projects and tasks.Comfortable coordinating across teams such as Product, Growth, Legal, Compliance, and Finance Ops.Language ProficiencyFluent in business English (spoken and written).Ability to read and speak Portuguese; a strong advantage for candidates outside Brazil.Artificial Intelligence KnowledgeExperience and knowledge using AI tools is a plus.Seniority: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and Sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
