Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Systems Engineer to join our team.As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the real-time data systems powering a leading investment bank.Key Responsibilities:Resolving data quality issues, including root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve data issues.Supporting on-call incident management, problem, and change management.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Working closely with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience to enrich the team's capability and work together to provide high-quality services on market data.L2 alert management: managing alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident management: managing the lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change management: managing the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, like mandatory updates, which includes content, software changes, upgrades that are performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep understanding of data systems and infrastructure.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading investment bank.Chance to work with a talented team of professionals.Competitive salary and benefits package.Others:Please note that this is not a remote job.The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to the specified location.
