Our teams adapt quickly in response to market changes, and we are all highly encouraged to give back to our local communities.The Inside Account Executive – Security SMB Latam is responsible for managing and driving Security opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners in the Small & Medium Business segment for a designated territory.
This role engages customers and partners to qualify opportunities, ensures any required touch is executed, and holds partners accountable to close opportunities, while managing opportunity records accurately in SFDC.
Your ImpactAs an Inside Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building direct relationships with customers and leveraging channel partners to increase Security revenue opportunities within the territory.
Implement and actively lead marketing programs to support Security products.Drive the strategy for joint projects and pipelines and work through Cisco Partners.Bring new ideas to the Sales teams for building new business and creating additional pipelines.Focused on direct SMB customer opportunities, engaging with customers directly to articulate Cisco's value proposition and offers that deliver differentiated solutions and business outcomes.Identify potential cross-architecture opportunities and work with SMB Pod and partners to execute demand generation initiatives and sales campaignsUnderstanding Cisco's SMB solutions, offers, sales campaigns, and partner promotionsMinimum Qualifications2-3 years of Security Channels/ Sales experience or similar Business to Business quota carrying sales Cisco sales productsEnglish, Spanish and Portuguese speakingBased in San Jose (Costa Rica) or São Paulo (Brazil).
You've got experience of being responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating, and closing the sale).
Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator.Experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology.Preferred QualificationsBS/BA or equivalent experienceHighly motivated with a "hunting spirit" to develop new opportunities and grow businessAdditionally, these skills will help you be successful in this role: Multitasking - simultaneously handling the progress of multiple sales opportunities.
Resources Management - develop and engage lead sales team to win opportunities.
Sales Efficiency - find and develop close sales opportunities.
Eye For Business - understand and contribute to the customer's business model.
Product Technology knowledge - ability to position Security Cisco products and services.
Adaptive - modify strategy tactics to adjust to changes in competitive, economic market conditions.
Relationship development - develop relationships with new or existing end-user customers or Cisco partners to drive the sales process (i.e. demand generation through opportunity closure) and generate incremental revenue
