**Description**
Elaboration and monitoring of work processes, aiming to optimize them for the purposes of productivity, cost and quality, with a focus on continuous improvement related to the company's operational and business processes.
**Activities / Responsibilities**
- Monitor the company's processes (administrative, productive and others) in order to optimize productivity, reduce costs and improve quality: analyze flowcharts, time system steps, check work conditions, allocation of employees and other factors that may impact the process;
- Create work instructions detailing all steps aimed reformulation, standardization or implementation, including policies, procedures, records, forms and documents designed for the effectiveness of the process: collects information, conducts research, visits suppliers, outlines and discusses details of the managers' project areas until its conclusion, feasibility, testing and effective implementation.
- Develop a structure for archiving information and data from the different areas, proposing a matrix of accesses and permissions.
- Take care of the implementation of the process, preparing materials for guidance and training of users, in addition to monitoring the initial operations to ensure compliance with the methodology and objectives set: make any corrections, and keep the necessary records of the work carried out, for control.
- Develop, together with the area, the indicators of the implemented process, listing or formulating the records and items of controls and/or verification to evaluate its performance and determine results and statistics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the process/system.
- Monitor the activities carried out by the Consultants hired to for eventual development of new processes, providing them with information, evaluating and criticizing the material delivered, suggesting changes until the validation and implementation of the project.
- Stays informed about new technologies for evaluation, reformulation or innovation of processes aiming at their adaptation to the company's system: research specialized bibliography, participates in events and seminars, works in partnership with the company's systems analyst
- Prepare maps and various demonstrative charts to evaluate the performance of the area and future projects, for the superior's appreciation and control or presentations at annual meetings.
- Participate in the survey and graphic formatting of the Performance Indicators.
- Eventually, audit the reformulated or implemented processes in the various areas in order to attest to their effectiveness and use within the established standards and objectives.
Provides appropriate guidance, if necessary, and keeps follow-up records up to date for control.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication, ability to listen and know how to work in a team
- Motivation and creativity
- To be analytical and organized
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related areas
- Experience in process analysis and improvement
- Knowledge of commonly used market tools for process mapping (eg Bizagi, Aris, BPMN, among others)
- Knowledge in Requirements Analysis disciplines
- Knowledge of Lean and its tools and Agile methodologies
