**Location**: Cotia/Sao Paulo/Brazil**Key Responsibilities**:Manage the relationship with cross-functional team (sales, creation, marketing, innovation, etc), ensure accuracy of projects information as well with hands-on approach;Preparation of prototypes to present to customers and also for trade shows and events;Provide technical support to the customers and to sales force; Lead and support technicians, guiding and challenging them to deliver the best results;Roll-out existing ways of working and implement new or improved methods as needed;**We value**:Barchelor's degree is required (Food Science, Chemical or related discipline);Technical background in flavors or ingredients, technologies, additives.Knowledge in sugar reduction and sweeteners to develop new products and solutions;Knowledge in emulsions and alcoholic beverages development;Dynamic person, focused on the beverage market.Able to bring in new ideas/trends and carry them out.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Customer focused and results driven.Team player and project leadership;Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus;**We offer**:Culture that allows you to live your purpose, values creativity, and diversity.Work in a global and intercultural environment.Great opportunities to learn and grow.To be in for an inspiring journey of learning and transformation.LI-FIR1LI-Hybrid
