Join Insense, a partner of Meta and TikTok, as an Influencer Marketing Specialist.We connect companies with over 68,500 trusted creators in 35+ countries, mainly in the U.S.Creators are shaping the future of marketing and driving real business impact.We're hiring a self-motivated, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Creators Growth Team.Your focus will be on helping brands find the right creators and supporting creators' growth on the app.Requirements:2+ years of experience with marketing and social media platforms, preferably in influencer marketingSpeak English with full professional proficiencyUnderstanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and their main metricsHighly organized and able to work independently with superior attention to detail, excellent multitasking, and strong time management skillsAnalytical thinker who identifies problems, leverages data to drive solutions, and proactively takes initiative and ownership of projectsBonus Points:Up-to-date with social media and creator economy trendsExperience in identifying the best creative talent based on campaign goalsKnowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or UGC trendsResponsibilities:Manage campaigns of self-service clients to ensure each campaign reaches onboarding goalsReach out to creators via email or other channels to achieve onboarding targets when necessaryShortlist best-fit creators for a campaign and a brandCollaborate with the Customer Success Team to provide and collect feedback about the campaigns' behaviorTrack campaigns' performance, identify problematic areas, and implement corrective actionsProactively work with the Creator Acquisition Team to support identifying structural gaps in creator supply on the platformContribute to team brainstorms and planning sessions, generate insights, and propose improvement ideasResearch current trends and stay up to date with the creator economy marketWhat We Offer:Forever remote roleSalary in USD commensurate with your experience and location15+ days off, US holidays, a bonus day each year, plus a festive end-of-year breakTeam retreats around the globeGlobal exposure: collaborate with clients and teams across the Americas & EMEAWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
