A The House é a plataforma que transforma o financiamento imobiliário em uma jornada simples, rápida e digital.Conectamos corretores, imobiliárias e assessorias de crédito aos maiores bancos e fintechs do Brasil, com tecnologia proprietária e suporte especializado.Estamos em busca de um SDR (Sales Development Representative) para abrir portas e gerar oportunidades comerciais.Será a linha de frente da nossa máquina de vendas, responsável por prospectar e qualificar potenciais clientes para nossos Executivos de Vendas.Responsabilidades: Realizar prospecção ativa (cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn); Qualificar leads de acordo com perfil ideal (imobiliárias, assessorias de crédito, corretores); Mapear stakeholders e identificar dores de negócio; Alimentar e organizar informações no CRM diariamente; Agendar reuniões para os Closers.Requisitos Perfil com ótima comunicação oral e escrita, resiliência e persistente; Experiência em vendas outbound/Inbound ou call center será diferencial; Organização para lidar com alto volume de contatos; Energia e resiliência para trabalhar com metas.Benefícios Assistência médica Assistência odontológica Empréstimo consignado Plano de carreira Vale alimentação Seguro de vida Vale refeição Vale transporte Programa de orientação pessoal - C4 Life Day Off Incentivo Vale combustível FIAP
