Grow Your Career as a Sales Development RepresentativeWe are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
The ideal candidate is great at building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities.Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.Built and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.Required Skills and Qualifications:English fluency.2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments.Ownership mentality: Proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.Experience selling SaaS products.Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
