Sales Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
This role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge, strong communication skills, and sales expertise.The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to connect with clients across diverse regions.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to build relationships with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.Conduct sales meetings and presentations using training materials to explain products and services.Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring strong verbal and written communication.Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor.Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward.Conduct outreach via phone and email, as well as respond to inbound calls.Requirements:Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries.Educational background in Biology/Medical fields is a plus.Strong organizational skills: track discussions, manage follow-ups, prioritize effectively.Familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions (AI, SaaS, or digital platforms) strongly preferred.Advanced English proficiency: clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently (accent acceptable if communication is clear).
