Estamos buscando um Sales Development Representative (SDR) para integrar nossa equipe comercial. O profissional será responsável por realizar a prospecção ativa de novos leads, qualificando-os para o time de vendas, com o objetivo de gerar oportunidades de negócios e contribuir para o crescimento da empresa. O SDR será o primeiro ponto de contato com potenciais clientes e terá um papel crucial na definição das estratégias de abordagem, criando o relacionamento inicial e preparando o terreno para a conversão de leads em clientes.

Requisitos
  • Experiência prévia em vendas, prospecção ou funções similares (desejável).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para engajar e persuadir leads.
  • Habilidade em trabalhar com metas e objetivos de vendas.
  • Proatividade, organização e habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM (ex.: Salesforce, HubSpot) é um diferencial.
  • Desejo de crescer na área de vendas e aprender sobre o processo comercial.
