OverviewHi thereWe are South and our client is looking for a Jr.Sales Development Representative.Note To ApplicantsEligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language: Please submit your CV in English.Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.Professional Presentation: We encourage you to showcase your professional experience by including a Loom video in the application form.While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile.About The RoleWe are hiring motivated and bilingual (Spanish-English) Sales Development Representatives to join the growing sales team of our client, a global business development partner in the financial services space.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking inbound leads seeking debt settlement solutions in the U.S. Your work will directly impact our client's mission to help consumers regain financial stability by negotiating and resolving credit card debt.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about service-based sales, enjoys working in a consultative environment, and thrives in a multicultural, fully remote team.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients and assess their debt relief needsConduct consultative discovery conversations and qualify prospectsClearly communicate the value proposition of debt settlement servicesSchedule follow-up meetings with closers and support conversion to enrolled clientsMaintain accurate records of lead activity and client details in our internal CRMCollaborate with the VP of Sales and sales team to improve scripts and strategiesMeet monthly sales goals and performance benchmarksMust-Have Qualifications1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing rolesBilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working U.S. Pacific Time hoursExperience selling services (vs. physical products) preferred.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume#J-*****-Ljbffr
