### Business Operations Analyst, LATAM (Spanish/Portuguese/English)**About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Business Operations Analyst** to join our team, focusing on the dynamic Latin American market.
This role is crucial for providing end-to-end operational support to our Professional Services business.
You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our business operations, directly impacting our growth and success in the region.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical background.

**What You'll Do*** **Financial Analysis & Revenue Management:** Perform detailed financial analysis to track business performance.
Manage and forecast revenue streams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
* **Billing & Invoicing:** Oversee the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for professional services projects, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
* **Data Analytics & Validation:** Analyze key business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Validate data integrity across various systems to ensure reliable reporting.
* **Operational Support:** Provide comprehensive operational support to the Professional Services team, from project inception to closure.
This includes process optimization and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Professional Services teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
* **Reporting:** Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
**What You'll Bring*** **2-5 years of experience** in a business operations, financial analysis, or similar analytical role.
* **Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English** (written and verbal) is required.
* **Proven experience** in financial analysis, revenue management, revenue forecasting, and billing/invoicing.
* **Strong data analytics skills,** with experience in data validation and using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar).
* **Excellent problem-solving skills** and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
* **Ability to work independently** and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
