What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
Manage and process IT-related invoices and ensure timely booking and reconciliation.
Oversee the allocation, activation, and deactivation of mobile phones and SIM cards.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including lifecycle tracking and refresh plans.
Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IT department.
Manage IT targets reports, including KPIs, projects updates, variances, and action plans.
Prepare monthly reports to assess progress of departmental targets.
Identify KPI data trends and and recommend areas for improvement.
Prepare materials and presentations for internal meetings and reviews.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks across the IT team.
Support in organizing and documenting IT processes and standards procedures.
Manage routines involving IT, such as target checks, capex, and budget meetings.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, information technology, Computer science or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT analysis, IT governance, business operation or technology management.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus.
Working knowledge ofIT governance frameworkssuch asITILandCOBIT.
Experienced in creating and coordinating monthly IT targets reports, including KPIs, projects updates, key metrics, variances, and action plans
Advanced level of English

Skilled in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
Experienced in defining, designing, and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and controls.
Capable of managing multiple projects and supplier requestsacross various stages.
Competent in defining and structuring KPIs, performance indicators, and operational guidelines.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
