**C**ontracts Specialist**
**Introduction to the Job**
We are looking for an experienced **Contracts Specialist **who can join our multicultural team in Macaé.
**Job description**:
- Review, draft, negotiate and manage contractual terms and conditions.
- Legally advise project managers in relation to contracts, aiming to support them in the management of contracts in accordance with the Company's interests.
- Ensure proper and consistent management of contracts during their execution;
- Assist Subsea Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) in addressing contractual issues relating to subcontractors or key suppliers, with a particular focus on ensuring the flow of the Customer's contract terms to subcontractors and providing assistance in negotiating subcontracts / PO and approval of any deviations.
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Degree in Law, Administration or Engineering
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge in analyzing legal aspects and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers for projects, in order to satisfactorily protect contractual and commercial interests in relation to the project in all its activities and transactions, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are fulfilled.
- Issuance and analysis of Memorandum of Understanding, Letters of Intent, Confidentiality Agreements, etc.
- Desirable experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Desirable Master's or Specialization in Law.
- Location: Macaé
